Eligibility criteria for SBI PO exam

The SBI PO exam has a set of eligibility conditions that need to be fulfilled for an aspirant to get a shot at securing the prestigious job of a banker. Candidates should make sure that they meet all eligibility criteria before applying for the exam.

The eligibility conditions take into account three factors:

Education Qualification

The institute specifies that candidates who wish to appear for the IBPS PO exam should at least have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Nationality

Candidates applying for the SBI PO Exam must be a citizen of India.

Age limit

The candidates applying for the SBI PO Exam must check the age limit set for thecandidates. There is a minimum age and a maximum age limit, which is compulsory for thecandidates to meet.

The applicants must not be below 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years.

There is also some upper age limit relaxation, which varies from one category to the other.Follow the given table for detailed age relaxation criteria.
