Overview

NPAT (NMIMS Programs After Twelfth) is an entrance exam conducted for admission into BBA, BSc (Finance & Economics, BCom (Hons.), B.A. (Hons) Liberal Arts, and BBM courses. Different campuses of NMIMS situated in Mumbai, Shirpur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Dhule offer undergraduate admission based on the NPAT scores. NMIMS released the NPAT application form on 1st December. NPAT  is being conducted from January 4th, to May  in a computer-based test online mode. Candidates can complete the registration by May , Candidates who have submitted the application form for NPAT  can proceed to schedule the exam. Candidates can give NPAT in three attempts, that is two extra attempts after the main exam. However, there must be a gap of twenty days between the attempts of NPAT. NMIMS NPAT: Application Process

The registration for NPAT online can be done by visiting the official website. No other mode of application payment is available. The application fee for the exam can be paid through an online payment gateway such as credit/debit/net banking. Check below for the NPAT registration process

  1. Do the registration and create an account.
  2. Go to your mailbox and verify
  3. Login again with your username and password to complete the application form
  4. Make a payment of the registration fee

NMIMS NPAT: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are aspiring for BBA admission through NPAT  must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the NPAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility conditions can face rejection from the examination process. The points below mention the eligibility criteria for NMIMS NPAT prescribed by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

  • Candidates applying for the NPAT must have qualified Class XII or equivalent examination
  • Candidates can submit an IB diploma only if it is awarded by a recognised board. IB certificate holders will not be eligible for the test.
  • Candidates passing the class XII or equivalent examination from open or distance learning are also eligible to apply. But the school should be recognised by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
  • Candidates who have not been able to clear class XII either from CBSE or ICSE board or IB diploma in their first attempt are not eligible for the NPAT.
  • Candidates must have obtained an aggregate of (50%) marks in class XII or equivalent examination
  • Candidates holding IB Diploma will only be eligible if he/she has Mathematics/ Statistics at the standard level.
  • Candidates exceeding the age of 25 years will not be eligible to apply for the exam.

NPAT 2023: Syllabus

SVKM’s NMIMS has released the NPAT notification that consists of three sections for the NPAT exam. Candidates need to cover the topics that possibly fall under the following sections:
